Friendliest staff ever, receptionists were very helpful. The facilities are great, all equipment is new and good (e.g. Bosch kettles and irons). You even get a fully equipped kitchen if you fancy cooking for yourself. I was also served a lovely breakfast and a great dinner in my room. The cleaners did a really great job. The communal areas in the room and communal areas were spotless at all times. Generally found the hotel very comfortable. Beds are very comfy and spacious. You can request pret.
