The staffs are professional and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and reasonably prices.

Проживала в одноместном номере бизнес-класса и осталась довольна качеством предлагаемой услуги. В номере есть всё необходимое - хороший wi-fi, все мелкие принадлежности - тапочки, банный халат, гель для душа, шампунь, фен. Кровать очень удобная. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.

Отличный региональный отель! Чистый и удобно расположен, в самом центре Ростова. При этом со всеми положенными 4-х звездочному отелю "примочками" - SPA, небольшой бассейн и сауна. В номере любого уровня - халат и тапочки. Вкусненький завтрак, быстрый интернет. Мне, как некурящему человеку, было особенно приятно наличие "не курящего" этажа (а не просто номера, как это обычно бывает). Спасибо, понравилось!
