Excellent location: it's city center and just 15-30 minutes drive from the Airport. Very helpfull staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location, right next to the top restaurants and clubs, on the main street of Rostov. Breakfast is magnificent, including free red caviar and local champaigne. Only location. none. NO complaints except mattress (which is definitely not orthopedic). Basic room was quite small for the price that I paid. However, the non-smoking floor seems to be occupied by smokers - there was a steady scent of cigarettes all the way. Minibar fridge needs to be cleaned - otherwise you'll have to smell weird scents out of fridge. Anyways, good value 4 money!. The hotel got addition money for living. Bed is not comfortable, Room was cold, Equipments was old,. four stars hotel? really??? very very old fashion room, staff was really slow, totally no worth for 5000 rub !!!!!!!!!!!!.
