  This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff was nice, and overall it was a great value for money. -... what people say » The hotel is well located close to Red Square - about 1 Km away but the walk to the centre is well worth the effort for the street traders etc on the route. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too.

  Location amazing. The best in Moscow. Walking distance to everywhere. Metro just outside the door. Hotel is very historical. There is a photo gallery on the 2nd floor by the breakfast room where you see people who have stayed there and is it unbelievable. Rooms are large and with good taste period furnishings. Concierge fantasti - Location is hands down amazing. From 3 metro stops within walking distance to your ability to cross the street for a midnight stroll of Kremlin. We had a regular ( no view) room and it was enormous, clean with a very comfortable bed. Chocolates and next day weather reports on the pillow were a nice touch.

I think this is a good solution for who want to stay in the center of Moscow.

  What makes hotel cosmos a great choice for a stay in Moscow is a combination of three things. Firstly the location is great for travelling to the centre because the metro is only 5 mins from the hotel. Secondly, whilst the rooms are basic, the hotel has many facilities. Many of the multiple restaurants are open 24/7, there is a gym and many souven... what people say » ir shops within the hotel. Thirdly, Cosmos is quite cheap. Rooms are of a decent size and although a bit old fashioned now are still perfectly functio - Excellent location, within a short walk from the metro station and All-Russian Exhibition Center, which was the main reason to choose this hotel. The room facilities were a bit tired, but for me it was not an issue. The bed was OK, it was not cold in the room and hot water was available at all times. We stayed there for our honeymoon and all was perfectly arranged , even without telling that we got married they noticed and they made extra arrangements for us , just a perfect place to be and made our day even more special - It's so nice to stay in a place full of history.   Comfortable, clean hotel. Nice bar and restaurant. Good value drinks. Excellent breakfast. I would stay here again without hesitation. Ten minute walk from metro station and restaurants. - Personal can speak English, clean, comfortable, compare to other russian-style hotels there was excellent breakfast, close to metro station Yugo-Zapadnaja.
