Location, location, location! A Magnificat hotel, with great staff, especially in the Club room. We couldn't have asked for anything more, all staff were exceptional and we wouldn't hesitate recommending, nor staying at the Ritz-Cartlon in the future. Probably the best in Moscow. Real luxury, perfect location and high quality people. Room was fab, restaurants and O2 bar are perfect.
