  The hotel was in a great position near the metro station. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The couple serving breakfast were great, offered coffee and food even after breakfast had finished. The guys on the desk at the door were very friendly and it was an added comfort knowing they were there. The reception staff... what people say » were always at hand and when I had a problem with my room booking they were incredibly helpful and sorted it out. - I like the cheap price for one stay. The staff is friendly. This hotel is good located. I will rcommend this hotel to my friends.

  It's hard to find people that speaks English in Russia, but they made an effort, and if didn't understood you, they asked to type into a translator! They offered us free laundry, the room was always clean, no loud noises and private bathroom - Room was clean, well furnished, and for Moscow quite quiet because it went to the yard.
