  Almost everything: Location, comfort, quality, staff, breakfast buffet... We enjoyed very much staying in the hotel. Its modest exterior may be misleading; once you step in you feel the touch of care and quality. Rooms are specious, well equipped, stylish, clean (we changed our room because we wanted a room with a view of waterfront facing Kremil... what people say » in, after the first night we were moved to another room). We would definitely go there again. - I loved the hotel. It is very modern and very central to the "must see" areas of Moscow. The girls at reception are charming and go the extra distance to help. Good English. Rooms are a good size and we had one with a super view of the (frozen) river. Very little traffic noise at night so a peaceful sleep. Free Wifi and a GUEST LAUNDRY!! Hallelullah for travelers! Thank you for a great stay.

  The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming,always with a smile. Very good breakfast. Really couldn't have been more central for the main sites.   What a treasure! Much bigger and much cozier than an avarage hotel room plus you get a kitchen! Could not be happier with the vacation rental. As Mr. Balmont (a descendant of an old family of Russian aristocrats) puts it: "I strive for excellence, for my name is on the line." Constantin -the owner - was very polite and his hospitality made us feel very comfortable. The entrance is bad but don't give any attention at it. You ll enjoy every minute in that renovated flat. Very warm and clean. Close to smalenskaya metro station(light blue) and Arbat street. Only three stops to the center and Kremlin. I recommend it.
