I stayed in a single room, very comfortable, with a large bathroom, quiet enough. The room itself is very small but has everything you need for convenience and comfort

wi-fi only in the restaurant.

Nice and tidy and peaceful - if your windows looks to inner yard, not to the street. I lived in "standard double" which is spacious and silent. Air conditioning in the room (I doubt if it is in each of the rooms). Cooler in the corridor. Same hotel net as Ulanskaya hotel.

Attention: the entrance is at Lizy Chajkinoj street, not at Leningradsky prospekt.

Good nice place, quite new, friendly, between metrostop Sokol and Aeroport. 7-8 minutes walk to metrostops, shops and coffeehouses.

No wifi in rooms, cable internet works extremely slow. Wifi okay in lobby.

good position between Sokol and Aeroport metro station.

very poor furniture inside the room, restaurant in the hotel very basic and low quality. Internet cable connection in the room very slow and sometime missing.
