Take the entrance number 2 from Chapaevsky Pereulok 3. Triumph Palace is in the main entrance of the building (it is indicated "КПП 2"). Please inform the pass-code "976" to the guards, walk into the building then take the elevator to "R1" floor. From there, take the second elevator on your right and it will take you to the floor 13, where you will find the reception desk.
