The staff was very courteous and always had a smile on their faces no matter what time of the day we'd come in or go out. Rooms were cozy and had enough space for the 2 of us along with our 2 large bags. The location is great and as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're staring at the river Neva, which was a very lovely sight. -
