  Almost everything: Location, comfort, quality, staff, breakfast buffet... We enjoyed very much staying in the hotel. Its modest exterior may be misleading; once you step in you feel the touch of care and quality. Rooms are specious, well equipped, stylish, clean (we changed our room because we wanted a room with a view of waterfront facing Kremil... what people say » in, after the first night we were moved to another room). We would definitely go there again. - I loved the hotel. It is very modern and very central to the "must see" areas of Moscow. The girls at reception are charming and go the extra distance to help. Good English. Rooms are a good size and we had one with a super view of the (frozen) river. Very little traffic noise at night so a peaceful sleep. Free Wifi and a GUEST LAUNDRY!! Hallelullah for travelers! Thank you for a great stay.

Sweet compliments (cookies) in the room (grandson was very glad). Free Wi-Fi thouout the location. Quiet place (main entrance side). It was located just around the corner from Red Square, and within easy walking distance of most of the tourist attractions you would want to visit in Moscow. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks.
