Helpful staff. - they probably have the best bed-clothes I've ever seen. So comfortable so you forget you are in a hotel. (I've seen 30+ hotels). Excellent bathroom.

I have seen Trip advisor reports where people have complained about the food, rooms and location. i completely disagree, e - Good lication - it is far from city center but close to Pulkovo airport, so if you are going to leave for airport in the morning you can avoid traffic jam and predict time to get the airport. Metro station is near the hotel. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. The good beer reastaurant is located in the hotel building and work till 23h. The 24h bar is available in lobby with good choice of drinks and reasonable prices, but no snacks available.

  The room was nice, much better and bigger than hotel room. Kitchen was a plus and had everything we need to cook a meal. Location is great, supermarket is 100 meter from the suites and metro is only 150 meter away, make it convenient to commute to city center (4 stations) away. Luckily I checked out google maps ahead of time or else I may have had a problem finding the entrance though. The rooms were big and clean and I liked the "Russian" view.
