The location is nice and the rooms are big and always clean. They really do look like in the picture. Bathrooms were also clean. Beds were made. Wireless available, very high speed (we had the room next to the reception). All in all, I would stay there again.

This hotel is centrally located and withi easy walking distance to most
major sights. The staff were friendly and polite and helped me with
tours. Through the hotel we found an excellent tour guide and toured
with her for three days. Hotel also had a driving service to transport
us to and from the airport and train station. Everyone spoke English.
The only negative issue we had was that the omplimentary coffe was
awful. Tea was great though. They have a 24 house complementary

The otel design is unique. Paintings everywhere is a very good idea. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect, just near to the Kazan Kathedral, every important place of St.Pet. is on a wailikng distance and Nevski Street is nearby. Contrary to some negative comments, my room was silent. The location is perfect, a block from Nevsky avenue. You can walk to
every city attraction. The personnel is wonderfull, excellent english
and helpful. A complete breakfast, with russian specialities and also
continental food for foreigners. Nice room, bathroom, pleasant heating,
