Non Smoking rooms shouldn't be affected by smoking rooms. The heating could not be regulated properly - too hot in room. Internet access should be in each room with no an extra charge. Tea and coffee at breakfast not hot and not drinkable.No free internet. Time needed for ordering dinner. Probably it has to do as well with the football match Holland - Romania that evening.There were some deviations as mentioned in the web site. Swimming Pool was not working and the Airport drop facility was also not in service. waitresses did not smile at all. The staff at reception desck were not able to issue the invoice as required by the Romanian law due to the fact that the accounting department did not work those days. They demonstrated poor knowledge of the Romanian law in this respect and next time I will not pay for the stay if things will not be properly done from this respect. no breakfast before 7:00 am. Wireless free Internet on the rooms would be good. THe Hotel needs something related to sports - a fitness room would be enough. Internet is not free. LOCALTION far from center (but can take a bus), no restaurant around, too many homeless dogs block the way to have a leisure walking to the city in the evening.Old comminist building, far from the center, without fitness area. no reservation. they don t have smoking business class rooms. at the begining i got an uncleaned room i had to go and ask for another room. The Booking form said that transport from Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Airport was included in the Price but was not available when we asked for this service. This cost 65 LEI local currency. The cost of Internet connection: too expensive for an hotel for businessmen!. A/C was not working. Room Service almost non-existing. You aren't eveb allowed to order at the restaurant and carry your tray yourself back to the room !!! I planned three days in this hotel, I changed after one night and were very pleased I did it. I did not have to go very far... So hopefully things will change when the Parc Hotel will change the brand in January 2009. Bathroom not properly cleaned, small breakfast room.Staff have little customer service experience. Unhelpful attitude generally. More smiling would go a long way. many as plumbing,breakfast,staff service,internet access from non-existent bussiness centre. air-conditioning and installation noises.

The Terra Grand Ballroom can be divided into 3 sections. Its surface is 307 m² and it has a capacity of 350 people. The Meridiane and Atlas rooms have a surface of 52 m² and a capacity of 50 people each. The Globus , Nova and Zenith rooms are smaller meeting rooms for up to 10 people and may be used as the secretary office.

Ramada's staff is proficient in catering and banqueting, preparing menus and coffee breaks according to your needs.
