location was excellent , receptionists were friendly and helpfull , with resturant added ( where the food was excellent ) could not ask for more. good front desk service. Location right in the center but quiet. Excellent staff, they did everything they could to help us. Plus good traditional Polish breakfast. the Italian restaurant is very good and cheap. Good location.

Hotel is comfortable. In front of the Hotel is security car park. We organize guided excursions to the Tatra, Wieliczka salt mine, Cracow. We offer regional dinners with folk music and dances. We arrange rides in carriges down by horses both in the summer and the winter We make also reservations for Kasprowy Wierch cable and Dunajec Rafting.
