I am satisfied with everything. Food is very good, room was clean and comfortable, hotel staff is very kind. Although the hotel is a bit far away from the city center, connection by tram is perfect so this also is not a problem. Conection to the airport is also very good. Location was great. Smile of reception personell wiped out tiredness and all the bad mood. The staff was overall extremely helpful and polite.all reviews »

I tried for a week before someone answered the phone.hotel stuff is very poor and not helpfull,. they have to put younger and more helpfull people in the reception and the bar. the tv have only 7 Pollish and 1 German channel.. this is not Sattelite TV !!!! if you dont know any of these two languages you dont understand anything. all tv programs are saved on the TV are full of bull...nothing interested. they charge me (and i have paid) also 17 PLN more for the phone calls (3 local phones) but on the receipt was charged only 1 PLN.In the reception,they didn't help to us and they weren't kind. The key system of oipening the door is indeed weird. Location, facilities.

Our traditional European-style restaurant has been redecorated in a modern and elegant way. It holds 120 people and offers a large selection of traditional Polish specialities and international dishes. It is a great place for a meal due to its attractive interior design, excellent service, pleasant atmosphere and affordable prices. Discounts are available for frequent guests and organised groups.
