The location and the lovely furnishing. A real one bedroom apartment and with free wifi. But ask Michael for the set up. He was very helpful. The secret is to unlock the SIM of the router since it is a cellular based wifi. There was nothing that went wrong so I have no negative feed back. The equipment of the flat, the design, the price, the location. Location and price and the owner was really kind and helpful.
all reviews » Location. Quite close to historical center. Very comfortable appartment. The privacy was amazing. The total services in the hotel was very poor - my partner could not believe that we could stay in hotel apartment without CONNECTION TO internet; I called a member of your staff who told me there was free WIFI, but immediately after paying him, he stopped picking my call; honestly, I felt like it was totally extortion. Very goo location. Close to all places you want to visit in Warsaw. The studio was ok. Good location. Last floor with no elevator. But considering that we were all day out it wasn't a real problem. The flat is at the fifth floor without lift. A bit difficult to find, maybe references to the colour of the building in the description would be very helpful ;-). Wi-fi was not working during our stay. Our rooms got mixed up on the day of arrival. Been told we are getting better room, don't want to know what i would get if the mistake wouldn't happen. Lack of communication from Apartamenty Kluczowe. Apartment was for described as no smokers. On arrival i could smell nothing but cigarettes. No access to Wi Fi, been given password but was not able to connect. The elevator in the building was old and slow. What I really disliked was that the adress given in the info was the adress of their office. The studio itself was almost 20 min walk from this adress. The adress given in the add should be the real adress of the location. That was the reason that I stayed only 1 night and then changed to another company. I booked 1 bedroom appartment but got studio. I had booked the appartment in one location of town and when I called the day of arrival to arrange for the reception of keys my location had changed to a different location in the city. The explanation was fair but no prior warning was given an I didn't have a choice at last minute and ended up accepting the change. On top of it the person didn't have a electronic payment method and we had to go get the money out of a nearby ATM machine. After payment no receipt was produced or whatsoever.
