We come jne day earlier (I mixed the dates), but the guy at the reception had no problem with a free room for us. That was good :) The breakfast was served by the time we ased. We also found a place in the yard to park our car. It felt like you were staying in a room of their home, rather than a hotel. Karolina and Sebastian were always there to help, spoke perfect english and helped us with translations, itineraries, transport, and let us use their computer to book tickets. The room they gave us was very comfortable and spacious, with a balcony. It was a little way out of the city, but very easy to catch the tram/bus in. all reviews »
Very friendly owners. just like staying at a friend's house. Comfortable rooms with great view over Swiz Warsaw FC's ground. We even saw a match there! One of the rooms had an excellent balconey. Good breakfast. Individual attention - friendly owner, very helpful, felt like being part of a family away from home. good location for car travellers and good breakfast. Was comfortable. Friendly staff. They left you to your own devices, although this meant they didn't touch the rooms except for a daily towel change. Not alot of care was put into breakfast, processed cheese and boiled processed sausage, although this might be common breakfast for the Polish. We also arranged a pickup from the airport, but they forgot to put in in the diary, although to make up for it they did pay for the taxi.Would have preferred en-suite rooms but it didn't matter as bathroom was huge and very well equipped!. Distance from the center of Warsaw. it wasn't very quiet in the room. Was a long way from city center. No local aminteties. Hotel was situated near train tracks, during the night every hour several trains passed by and neighbours had a barking dog. Could not catch sleep because of the noice. Room was situated on the attic, very hot. Oncomfortable bed. No balcony as promised on this website.

We are only 15 minutes away by Public Transport from most of the city attractions, so when you feel ready to bounce back, it's just the matter of hopping on a bus or tram and within minutes you will be back for more fun. Two amazing shopping malls, lots of lovely, small shops and restaurants are all in the area for you to enjoy if you want to stay local.
Room information details
All our rooms are tastfully decorated in keeping with their surroundings. Floors of each room are made of a high standard natural wood, that looks lovely bare, however we gave it an extra soft touch by putting small decorative rugs on it. Every room is furnished with wide comfortable bed, healthy spine-friendly materace, soft pillows and lovely cotton duvets and bedsheets.

By public transport:
- Coming from Okecie Airport, take bus number 175 until stop
Jerozolimskie.
- Cross the street and change onto tram number 8, direction of
Gorczewska.
- Exit at Hala Wola or Pl. Kasztelański.
- Coming from DW. Centralny (main train station), take tram number 8 or
10 in the direction of os. Gorczewska.
- Exit at Hala Wola or Pl. Kasztelański.
- Coming from DW. Zachodni (main bus station), take bus number 184,
direction of Huta.
- Exit at Pl.Kasztelanski.
- Once there, look for Strakowa Street and follow it until you reach
Rzedzinska Street.
- Turn right and look for the B&B sign on your right-hand side.
- Should you decide to take a taxi, make sure you have a number of one
of the major taxi companies. Always use licensed taxi companies.
By pick-up service:
- Contact the hotel if you wish to arrange a pick-up service from any
