Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons. The amienities vere excellent i.e the gym, bar etc. Visited Xmas market, the sites in the old town, the Jewish quarter and visited a salt mine. We also saw the Dalai Lama who was staying in the same hotel!.

When i arrived at 12 noon it was not ready. We put in our bags and looked around the city. When i checked in the bags later at 6 in the evening we had to wait until the receptionist rang room service to check whether our requested quite room was ready. It was not ready. It was not a professional service which i would expect.terrible housekeeping services when you asked for amenities in the room.completely ignored twice and told the hotel so. climatization. I dont think this hotel should be classed as 5 star. I have stayed in 4 star hotels with better facilities. The prices in the Hotel bar were outrageous. WIFI doesnt work (only cable, 20cm, does); no complimentary express-coffee in the morning(others in same city offer it); too expensive bar; one small shampoo bottle for two people for two days (not replaced); old TV under a crystal; this is not a 5 star hotel really. And they tried to charge more than what agreed.
