The room was very spacious, big comfy bed, large modern bathroom and everything was spotless. Staff so friendly and really helpful. Great location too, only a short walk to the main market square and very quiet at night. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Krakow. Location - right in the middle of everything and nothing more than a 10-15 minute walk away Staff - amazing! Helpful, great English, friendly, welcoming Room - big, clean, lots of storage, comfortable, modern, lovely views over the river and park. Would stay again without hesitation.
all reviews » Location was fantastic, managed to walk everywhere, never even used a bus or tram during our 4 night stay. Air conditioning was free and worked well, very clean, staff so friendly and helpful. We loved it and would stay there again without any hesitation. We stayed in a small apartment next to houses next to the main house. The apartment was on the ground floor, quite new and looked like from an Ikea catalogue. The location is very central, yet quiet. Would definitely recommend staying there. Very kind and reliable staff. Our receptionist helped us with unusual situation concerning our car. Even there is no special parking for visitors it's very easy to find a parking place close to the hotel. They Waite for us longer because our flight arrived late. They were kind. They look for our luggage. The appartment was in the next door building and we felt there like in our own house. Very independent. Staff happily and effectively deal with each of our queries and requests. Walking distance to Central Station, Old Town, Kazimierz... Fabulous location. Entering the old building for the first time it seemed a little dismal......However, it seemed to add to its charm afterwards, especially upon entering the lovely modern apartment. "If it aint broke....don't fix it ". 100 stairs to walk up, It wasn't a problem for us and I would stay here again regardless, but it may not be suitable for some travellers. There were 73 steps to go up and no lifts. Under the stairs it looks and shabby but the flat was excellent.
