there was no heating on my room - and when is -16C you feel it - first they seems not interested at all, until I said I will leave they swap my room for better one on the same floor. Not really service what you expect for your money paid during your 7nights stay.

the location, breakfast and the view from the room

the room was small for the price, the pool and gym were terrible and i would not of listed them as a faclitiy as they were that poor. overall it was a nice hotel but feel could have got a far better hotel for the price that i paid for it

The hotel didn´t find the booking, I got a new for the same price but it could have been problems, the so called renovated hotel was not really renovated

bed was comfortab and nice visuals from windows.

service reaction was poor for room service e.g. took over 30 mins to receive milk. shower did not work properly. Staff was made aware of these problems and no compensation was offered.
