The ambiance and the facilities as well as the service. Many offers/activities. Very good public rooms. The lack of insulation in the rooms. It was easy to hear noice, steps and talking from the corridor and the rooms above us. The room dark and noisey from the hallway. Many tables in the breakfast hall was reserved. Standard Rooms very small and night time music intrusive.
