the room was comfortable enough for my 2 children and my self, it was warm and very clean. the bathroom was clean, tidy and more than adequate. the room did come with a tv and the alarm clock was very useful. Everything was great for what we needed for one night in wellington. the reception lady waited, since we got there after check in. the rooms were clean and beds comfy. The room was spacious and well equipped to enable to pretty much self-cater. The supermarket is over the road so that is also handy.

There aren't too many restaurants close by but only about 10 minutes walk away are a few and in town by bus there are plenty. The beds were way too soft and uncomfortable, could do with an upgrade. Shower is a bit small. Felt like showers on a cruise ship!. Decor a little dated. Little bit of noise from the occupants upstairs as they moved about. More attention to cleaning would have been a plus. Marks on walls, and dust on top of pictures has been there awhile. Little small for space; some units no stove elements, for cooking. Some parking not very convenient, particularly for early starts. limited space & small room for occupancy. Nothing. The baby,s cot wasn,t set up ready for us. Parking difficult. Would like more channels on the TV and suggest painting the scratches on the wall where suitcases have been. Units too small and no oven. Poor clothing storage space. No spare unit key for third adult staying. parking access for people with disabilities is difficult, they do have a diabled park, which is great, but it is on a step slope, which is no good. We were in unit 2, we did not find the beds very comfortable. The smaller single bed in the lounge was too soft and the other one was rather hard. Poor parking and not by units. Very basic accommodation. Beds were extremely uncomfortable - hurt my back sleeping on them. Neither my partner or I could sleep. Parking is terrible. One of the receptionists could do with some manners. Paid alot for a very shabby studio. Carpets are stained and needs a remake. Was very disappointed. Owner tried to charge us $15 a night more than the price we had booked with agency..In real need of a clean stained carpets , room smelt of stale smoke,windows mouldy skirting boards filthy. very small,noisy. Uncomfortable bed and dirty carpets. The single beds were extremely uncomfortable. Shower water was lukewarm.
