Peter, our host was very accommodating and helpful Due to heavy rain and traffic we were late getting to Paihia He had the heater on, milk in the fridge, recommended where to find a good meal, walks, good tours and maps, had umbrellas to use, offered books and dvd's if needed. The Bbq and laundry facilities were spotless The housekeeping was excellent and the bed was very comfortable We are coming back ! 10 days was not enough :) Anna & Manfred Melbourne Australia.
