My internet connection didn't work. The staff didn't know how I could connect and referred me to the internet provider, who said he just provides the internet connection and doesn't decide how the hotel allocates access. This was VERY frustrating. I was on the phone on hold for over an hour, and never got the internet access I was relying on!!!!!. I can't reach the internet in my room.

We are conveniently, yet quietly, located off Riccarton Road two km from the Railway Station, five minutes walk to Westfield Shopping Centre or a twenty minute stroll across Hagley Park through the Botanical Gardens with Christchurch's famous Avon River to the Cathedral Square.
