All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the heating was good, the shower worked well, with constant hot water. There was internet access. Breakfast was included in the price and acceptable. Location (near the beach), cleanliness of room. we could see the sea from our window. The hotel has not professionally prepared the room we used: No curtains, no heat, poor drainage of the sink. When we reported the lack of heat, the staff answered that the problem cannot be fixed because they don't have any technitian available at the moment. The staff was kind to offer to give us other rooms, but the heating problem persisted.
