My parents stayed there, I was without any extra problems allowed to join them for the extensive breakfast. Rooms have been refurbished, a bit small but included everything you need and was clean. Its convenient location, large quiet room (we had a back room overlooking the garden) and availability of off street parking (fee). Tea/coffee making facilities in room.Freindly Staff ;good breakfast ; free internet ; quiet and clean room ; on a tram route ; good value for money on week-end rate .
