This hotel does not have a reception desk. We check-in on the opposite side of the street hotel and then they give us a key to enter on the hotel building. It was unconfortable because you do not feel safe in these conditions, especially when you travel alone. Another issue that I didn´t like was that they charged my credit card (the one used to reserve the room) without asking permission.
