Clean comfortable rooms in a good location. Excellent value for money. The room had an adequate bathroom with shower wash and hand wash which I did not expect. the room was nice had own bathroom which was functional. location very good.clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect !!!!. Very close to railway station and window opened out to a beautiful street. It's very basic but hardly even there so all that I needed. Easy walk across bridge to city.Maastricht is gorgeous but easy to get lost wondering around all the streets/lanes. Wear good shoes for walking on cobblestone streets.

The location is excellent, as the hotel is located very close to the train station (3 minutes by foot). This is the only positive point about this hotel. It is ok for 1 night only. Nothing, it's obviously an hotel to avoid !!!!!. location, it was near the train station and also near the concert we were going to. nothing apart from location. Laminated flooring which, when people upstairs were walking around, echoed into the room. no elevator so had to carry heavy suitcase to the top floor. Fyi, this hotel is also a kebab shop. So, when checking-in you might need to wait a little for the front-desk/kitchen staff. There's no elevator and the stairs are steep and narrow - dutch style. You can only pay cash. Contact via email didn't work for me. No breakfast and the hotel receip not so offical anb have to pay in cash ,no credit card. Only one common toilet and bathroom for all the guests Cleanness of the room No air conditioning available No safe deposit box available. - The bed was not very comfortable and it was very noisy - No breakfast - Staff was quite unfriendly - Kebab smell from the store at base level. The staff do not speak English well. The bed was broken (I had to try to fix it myself) and was not comfortable to sleep. Poor sound insulation, and we could hear the other guests coming to their rooms late night. The bathroom was ok, but the smell coming from the canalization was not nice. This is not the kind of place to go with your family, and it is very overpriced in our opinion. Old creaky building with bedroom door rattling all night. Very noisy location as above a kebab shop with drunken customers in the very early hours of the morning. Not a very nice place to stay at that price. Noise at night. not even a complimentary kettle and cups. No wifi, only accepts cash. I didn't receive the room i rent because rent to someone else. Pitiful welcome, no payment cb, the first thing about which we speak to you it is the check-out. Worthless sound damping, smell of frying. The same towel for 3 days Exorbitant price Accueil lamentable, pas de paiement en cb, la première chose dont on vous parle c'est le check-out. Insonorisation nulle, odeur de friture. Même serviette durant 3 jours Prix excessif. We only saw a young boy on the first day when we booked in. He was not helpful. as well as our luggage, we had to carry the towels he gave us. The lack of help, no lift and we were three storeys up. No room service at all, towels were not changed in the four days we were there. The room sloped, so the bed did. This is NOT an hotel, it is more a backpackers with an ensuite. Would never go there again, and would pay more to get better service. Noise.
