Conveniently located just off main roads, easy access (by foot) to shopping and restaurants, nice breakfast. It is a very comfortable and clean hotel. First of all I'm sure it was not stated in the hotel policy and on the other hand why the hotel locked 600 EUR in my account if my bill for whole stay is about 340 EUR??! Nobody even tried to explain this to me.The internet was not for free. The napkin on the breakfast table had a few spots. difficult to find due to construction zone.For a non smoking hotel it still smelt like smoke in the halls and they had ashtrays at the lifts... the duvet and pillow were awful. Bar did not offer cocktails. wireless internet should be complimentary ..a bit expensive now.Road works in street outside, but nothing to do with hotel. Slightly too warm in the room and windows open no option due to city noise.there was alot of construction going on around the parking area of the hotel. made things very confusing!. We were not always provided with 3 bath towels during our stay inspiteof paying extra for our young daughter.The bacon at breakfast wasinvariably burnt every day for 15 days and the tea was weak.Some of thejunior staff neglected their duties when not supervised.Standard bedroom decoration was tired and needed a coat of paint; bedding also tired - pillowcase first night had stain and second night new pillowcase had tear. Although no smoking allowed in rooms, bedroom smelt of old, stale cigarette smoke. Breakfast service needs to be improved(poorly trained staff ?) Hot food was not hot.There are some mosquitoes at night in the room, and the chairs on the balcony are dusty. No hot drinks available in the room. Noisy. Lack of tea/coffee facility in room.very pricey internet. Well nowadays where all internet connection are quite cheap I think a hourly rate of ~5 euro for WLAN is too much.i did not find first the hair dryer..
