Emmanuelle and all her staff were wonderful and made sure we were well looked after. We got practical advice on where to go, what to go and, importantly, how to haggle.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated in local style.
The meal we had at the Riad on the night of our arrival actually turned out to be one of the best meals we had in our whole 5-day stay - really good

Our stay at Riad Berbere was wonderful , we were 6 friends ladies, all + 50 . , occupied 3 rooms ( the ground floor room, room with the balcony and the terrace room) .
The first few days it was a bit tricky to find our way from and to the riad , in the maze medina, but then we learned.
It is a very tipical beautiful Marrakech riad , wonderfully renewed, by Quentin Wilbaux , the well known Belgian architect , who also owns the Riad Berbere.

This was a great place to stay in the heart of the medina. The area is mostly residential and in the evening you could hear the giggles of the children playing in the alley and birds roosting in the bushes. The staff were very freindly and welcoming. I was taken ill during my stay and they were very kind in directing where to buy medicines and

It is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the souks and a little further to the square. It is easy to find as it is not far from a little square and car park, where we were able to get taxis from. Our room was very comfortable and great value for money. Marrakesh. Everything was perfect. We felt like we were staying with
