They really improved our stay in Morocco and meant we didn't - An amazing Riad!! The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day. Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable. Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

  We had a wonderful break in Marrakech due largely to the wonderful staff and calm, relaxing atmosphere at Riad Nesma. The Riad was ideally situated for all the hustle and bustle of the city but behind the front door an air of tranquility took over.   For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Be aware that it is located a 15 minute drive away from the city in the countryside, but the hotel... what people say » offers free shuttle bus for guests to and from the city from the morning until 8.30 PM. - Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean.   A nice reception, where the staff showed us around. We stayed in the budget rooms and were pleasantly surprised. The room was small but fine establishments with comfortable bedding. Wonderful terrace with small area that became our own. There was breakfast ready for us every morning. The breakfast was good and fresh. We will retur - Very friendly staff and most had good levels of English speaking, only a couple had limited English but this was not a problem, plenty of staff on hand to help and assist for anything, really nice riad with traditional features, lots of seating areas inside and outside on the roof terrace, 2 different outdoor pools and plenty on sun beds as well.   The riad was lovely, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a 10-15min walk to the main square and souks and my friend and I felt fairly safe walking around even at night (once we got used to the crazy traffic around the medina!).   We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... what people say » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  This place is a little palace, all is beautifull decorated and our room was comfortabel, clean and well cared, there were even bathrobes. Frenck made our stay very pleasant.He is a really nice host, and knows the meaning of hospitality. He made our stay the best we have had in Morocco. We didn t used the swimming pool because it was a bit too cold... what people say » for us, but next month the pool will be heated. This makes the place one of the best for staying inside the medina from Marrakech. - Riad Puchka is the real deal if you want to experience authentic medina life! It is a bit off the beaten track, in real morroccon living quarters, yet still a comfortable 10 minute walk to the djemnaa square. it is a safe neighbourhood ( we're 2 women travellers)The riad itself has wonderful rooms,-(only 4, which means privacy and quietness) the swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice break from hot summer days.
