The hotel is centrally located so the Old City and the new city are both just walking distance. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. We had no issues. Highly recomended.

Location is great for Clubs and Casino. You can walk to the main square in 10 min. Taxi cabs are everywhere. Very nice to stay outside of the Medina.

Would not reccomend to travel to Marrakech durring Ramadan. Also alcohol is very expensive in this country. The service at the hotel bar took so long everyday that we would end up just walking away after about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting after asking the front desk to get somone one.

Room size, hotel location near to the most of tourists attraction places, free movies Chanel, wifi is quite good in the room.

Very limited breakfast, during my stay never had chance to park at hotel parking as they were full but still you can park outside infornt of the hotel, ac will be the biggest problem if you are staying in summer time ( very hot ).

Calm and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a nice balcony with pool view.

No wifi signal in the room. Breakfast must be improved. No restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty of them around.

The location is quite good, outside of the medina in a nice clean and quiet area but still very close, less than 20 minutes walking to the main square. The room was quite spacious and the bed comfortable. Free music and movies on demand although signal was not the best..

Carpets could be cleaner. The pool area was full of bees. Staff could have been a bit more helpful and nice, although no harsh complaints.

We found the position near to the airport the biggest advantage.

The people you have on your reception desk are rude and disinterested.
