excellent location - 2 minutes walk to the square nice atrium wonderful Morccan food in the restaurant (one of the nicest meals I've ever had)
they had been doing decorating and lots of equipment was still around the room only had one blanket for two beds and was cold

all staff were very helpful and friendly. hotel in a good situation for getting around, main square etc. all in all excellent. there were six of us and none of us could fault it.
the only hiccup was being put in room 14 which was very dark and dismal but they changed us and we were upgraded to a suite. at no extra cost .
Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a calm retreat from the hustle and bustle outside. Perfectly placed for " the square". Even though recently built this hotel is bursting with character.

sometimes haphazard table service eg wrong food to table, incomplete table settings, even though no pressure of numbers and plenty of waiters . Signs of slack supervision.
