No need to look further: just book this riad! I looked for days to find a riad, there where thousands of them, but very pleased with my final choice! We had an amazing stay in this Riad last week. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The staff was extremely heartwearming friendly. We got all the tips we needed, and as we suffered from food poisoning the main reception man took real good care of us. My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Smiles and mint tea when you arrive, what else do you need?! You're 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna! I had to use a computer urgently to get some stuff done for work, this was all unexpected and they let me use theirs for as long as I needed to. It was late at night and I was working . It is a lovely and quiet riad, about 3 minutes walk from the central square of the old town, Jemaa El Fna. The riad was perfectly clean, both room and common places, the bed was comfortable. Μadiha and Hammou, were very friendly, welcoming us with a cup of traditional mint tea and an unpretentious smile, helping you to feel like home right away. They also took care of everything, giving all the required pieces of information regarding restaurants, places of interest, excursions, etc. They al. A gorgeous little Riad right in the heart of Marrakech, gave us the perfect haven to plan and scheme excursions and trips. Hammou and Medya both gave great local advice for the area, which proved to be the basis for our adventures in Morocco!. The riad is stylish, clean and comfortable with en-suites and air con in the bedrooms, and Jacuzzi and hamman also available on the premises. The staff are so friendly and helpful - they really can't do enough for you. Breakfasts are freshly made with a good selection of food and drink. This is a lovely riad 2 minutes walk from the main square in Marrakkesh where the staff were absolutley lovely, very helpful, organising everything we requested. We had a hammam and massage in the riad itself and was also able to get professional safe henna tatoos which are beautiful. The room was beautiful! The staff very sweet and helpful. The terrace in roof served a wonderful dinner that you could pre-book. Breakfast was a delicious assortment in Moroccan pastries... The hamman was very well done. The Hammam I took with Ms.Hanan was amazing, I recommend every one stay their to try the Hammam with her. Otel stuff Homouf is extremly nice ,helpfull and welcoming . The jacuzzi did not work for our whole 4 night stay - which was very disappointing - the staff did put on the hammam but to be honest it wasn't really the same. It is in the small alley complexs off the main square and took a couple of trips before we felt confident about location, but everyone was more than helpful in showing in the way....and this was without expecting a tip. Do not keep value items in the room. Hammam offered by he riad was not a steam room as we expected. Not easy to find but then again none of the Riads are due to the way they are located in the little narrow streets. My husband would've liked a little tv to watch whilst getting ready!. There was an unpleasent odor in the bathroom but they light scent sticks to get rid of it. Some rooms smell strongly of cigarette smoke. Sometimes problems with wifi in the room. Very smelly toilet!. breakfast need to have more varities.. The breakfast was not good at all in our opinion. None. We were looking forward to the Hot tub but throughout the stay it would not heat up. Finding location at the arrival, there was possibility to book transportation, but we use to find our self. Really poor breakfast. Hammam and massage pretty poor for its price. Breakfast reasonable. Nothing. A bit too noisy.
