Vey beautiful room with a great shower and good free wifi. Excellent staff who were very attentive and helpful while the owners were away. Good idea to book an airport pickup as it would be hard to find the first time. Once you are there you are right in the medina 5 minutes from the square, but it is not noisy.

I was travelling with a girl friend and requested they had two twin beds available for us. On arrival it was done! This is rare in the world of hotels. They were so friendly, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. No faults!
The Riad was perfectly located to all the sights and sounds of the main square but was serene and quiet. Our own oasis. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and the staff was wonderful!
I little hard to find - so take them up on the pick up service!! Streets in the Medina are not well marked.
Riad Itrane was perfect. A stones throw from the main square but wonderfully quiet, fabulous staff who really will go out of their way for you, spotlessly clean and elegantly restored, the riad exceeded expectations and we were so happy we had booked there. You won't be disappointed! We have recommended Riad Itrane to friends and family since our return, and we will definitely be back!

Riad Itrane was perfect in every way. Even before we arrived we had been made to feel welcome by the owners, Charlotte contacting us the week before to offer a driver to pick us up from the airport at a reasonable price, and a very delicious meal at the Riad the night we arrived (also a very reasonable price). An absolutely beautifully decorated riad awaited us, and if like us you've been searching the hundreds of riad's for the right place to stay, look no further. Ideally situated a stones throw from the medina, Riad Itrane and its staff were faultless. Tending to our every need the night of our arrival (later than anticipated really wet our appetite for our holiday! The breakfast the next morning was wonderful! So much delicious food! The owners, Charlotte and Patrice greeted us at breakfast and were absolutely wonderful for our entire stay, going out of their ways to welcome us and make us feel at home. I would highly recommend Riad Itrane to anyone visiting Marrakech (or using Marrakech as a base for exploring Morocco further). I am sure Charlotte and Patrice, Riad Itrane and all its staff are in part responsible for making our holiday so wonderful. We will certainly stay here again.

Everything. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and at home. The location is perfect and a real oasis of calm from the bustle of the city. Our room was beautiful, breakfast delicious and our hosts welcoming and friendly.
Just our feeling as quite shy english folk but we felt a little like we were imposing. We would have liked a swim but we didn't see anyone else in the pool and we weren't encouraged or invited.

Our stay at Riad Itrane was great. We had a wonderful time in Marrakesh. Explored almost every bit of the city. The Riad is located right in the Medina of Marrakesh which helps a lot to get around, everything is in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and really nice - thank again for the wonderfil stay Charlotte & Patrice. Breakfast was rich and very tasty and filled you up going through the day. The rooms were really clean equipped with very traditional Moroccan interior. Patrice and Charlotte - the owners of the Riad - gave us good advice on things and even organized a private driver to get us to Ait Ben Haddou - very worth going although the drive through the mountains was long. All in all we had a very pleasant and organized stay. :-)

The staff were super friendly but very discreet. The decor of the riad was top class and relaxing, especially after a day in the Marrakesh souks The owners, Patrice Charlotte, were very helpful with the details that make all the difference, e.g. organising the airport transfers and a day visit to the Atlas mountains. The evening meals were typical Morrocan fare but of high quality and freshly prepared daily. We would thoroughly recommend the Riad Itrane as a relaxing haven right in the middle of the Medina.

Ideally located riad just a step away from Jamaa el Fna. Beautiful place, a haven within the hustle & bustle of the medina, decorated in an authentic style and spotlessly clean. The owners Charlotte and Patrice are genuinely interested in their guests and are, together with their great team, at your service for any question or demand you might have. It was our first time in Marrakech, a great experience, and no doubt our stay at riad Itrane added to that!

The welcome and friendly service we received throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the proprietors and staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We opted to eat at the Riad and the quality and thought that went into the meals was second to none.

Fabulous location very close to the Square. An oasis of calm in the madness of the centre of the Medina. Amazing staff who really care and go to great effort to make your stay enjoyable. Fantastic breakfast. A roof terrace to die for. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.
You can hear the call to prayer very early in the morning but that will apply at all the Riads in the area.

The staff couldn't have been more nice or helpful. Terrific. Beautiful interior. Great breakfast. Good wifi. Arrange in advance to be picked up by the hotel from the airport or train station, or you will have a lot of surprises about getting here. Well worth the 18 euro !!!!!!!!!
There are some extraordinarily important things about Marakkesh and staying in the Medina that people need to know. But these reviews don't say. Wish I could be contacted so I could advise. Wish we were in advance. The place is scary. Period. The hotel is the "safe place".

Easy-to-find location in the old city not far from the the historic main square and the market shops. Quiet complex of rooms with small swimming pool and separate sitting and breakfast rooms. Historic, traditional feel of the complex. Polite and friendly staff. Modern bath and satellite TV.

Stunning riad in the heart of the medina. Wonderful and attentive staff and proprietor/proprietress. Excellent gourmet breakfasts every morning. My suite was absolutely beautiful with a private rooftop terrace to stargaze at night. A relaxing oasis in a busy city. I can't image a better place to stay in Marrakech.

The staff at the Riad Itrane were the best! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special, including spreading rose petals everywhere, and folding the towels into beautiful shapes. On our last day, we had an early flight, and the head of housekeeping (who lives 30 kms from the riad) arrived very early to prepare our breakfast in time for our departure at 5.30am. We did not get his name, but he is truly wonderful! He always had a smile on his face, and kind words to say.

This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team. Nothing was too much trouble and they even made a special effort to decorate our room with rose petals for our arrival. The riad is a place of calm and quiet in a very busy city, and a dip in the pool was very refreshing after a day of walking round in the heat. It has been restored to a very high quality with lots of attention to keeping it looking 'traditional'. The Riad is very close to the Jemaa El Fna Square and Souks, and the main tourist attractions are all within easy walking distance The team organised our transfers to and from the airport, which included the baggage carriage to the Riad, which is only accessable on foot. They also organise excursions to some of the further out attractions for around €75-100. We chose to eat at the Riad after a day in the Atlas mountains for €20 each it was one of the best meals we ate and they do serve wine and beer. We will definitely return and would recommend this Rad to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

The friendliness and attention to details of the owners Patrice et Charlotte . The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful , The Riad is very tastefully decorated and is conveniently situated at three minutes from El fna and the souks .
