  There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Which can prove to be an overwhelming experience when you have just arrived in th... what people say » e city! It is also located perfectly to explore the city from either on foot or by taxi. 2. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

  After a well-organised transfer from the airport we arrived at this lovely riad with very welcoming and friendly staff. Location was ideal for the souks and main square (only 1-2 minutes' walk) but in a very quiet area. We could not thank Fouad enough for his hospitality. He always make sure that we've got that we need. The breakfast is delicious and massive. Al - I stayed at Riad Balkisse on my first visit to Marrakesh I have to say that what made my stay so great is the staff. Fouad is a genuinely caring person. . We arranged to have dinner in the Riad the night we arrived it was delicious. The roof terrace is a fabulous place for the tasty breakfast or a quiet drink in the evenings.
