The manager Carlos and all of his staff treated us wonderfully and it was a pleasure meeting his wife and beautiful baby daughter also. He also arranged pickup from our riyad for a small fee. Located in Guilez a 10 minute bus ride for 40pence up to the old town, take the number 1 bus to Jma el Fna.
Hotel friendly and as decribed. Pool area full but no nonsense over sun beds, the pool attendant made sure everyone got a place in the sun.
Close to all local amenities, check out the railway station, really great building.

Everything about the hotel itself.....very central for visiting Marrakesh. Airport bus no 19 stops very close to hotel (very cheap compared to taxi). Have stayed here on three occasions. Buffet breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Good swimming pool.
