There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. Found the reception staff to be really helpfull answering any questions I had about local facilities, excursions, etc. Check-in was fast and easy, rooms were kept clean by nice polite cleaning ladies, small grocery shop next door for basics, cafe's across the street, and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop (across from Macdonalds) where busses

A really peaceful retreat from the bustle of Marrackech. The staff could not do enough to help us and we would think very hard before going elsewhere if we visit Marrackech in future.
