In this trip, we used 2 hotels in Marrakech, and the other one was not better than Riad Naffis. Naffis is not big and the room is not big, but it is compact, clean and beautiful. The owner is very kind. The location is also nice. The most impressive is the watchman, Mohammed. He is so kind and nice guy. He satisfied us very much.

The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. One day we had to leave the hotel at 0630 for an excursion to the Sahara Desert, the Manager insisted that he make breakfast for us before we leave even though breakfast didn't start until 0730. - The hotel is located on a great place, 5 minutes walk from the main touristic site

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a party of 17 adults, and they catered for all of our needs. Arranged transport to the airport, provided local advice, and generally there to help. Very relaxing stay with good clean facilities.
