  The staff was extremely kind and attentive. They really went beyond the call of duty in making me comfortable. Outstanding service. The riad is beautifully decorated: really stunning in a traditional Moroccan style. It could be hard to find on one's own even though it's not far from the main square. I recommend using the hotel's airport transfer s... what people say » ervice in which a staff member meets you at the taxi and shows you the way. - Only 4 minutes walking to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, in a very safe alley. The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it. This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile. We also miss the authentic and very good breakfast! - I loved the hostel, it's great, Said and Christopher are really kind and nice, always helping. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people.

  Beautiful place, brilliant location with a view of the koutoubia mosque, also we loved the rooftop terrace with big loungers, it is perfect for relaxing and looking up at the stars!
