Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.

Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us
directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence.
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log.
The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards.
I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.

I loved how accommodating the entire staff was. Their number one priority was to please the guest. At 2:00 in the morning when I could not get a WiFi connection the front desk did all they cold to make sure I was happy. They earn an A+ for that effort!
