  The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff had a nice welcome and everybody was helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good according to us. The location was good, close to the Medina and also many attractions by foot, like the Mosque, Sacre Coeur, Mohammed Place V and more. If you take the train from the airport (should cost 40 dirham each)... what people say » , get off at Casa Voyageur and then take the tram (which is brand new and a very good transportation, should cost 7,50 dirham each) to Place nations u - In general we liked the hotel, it's located in the center and has large rooms and bathrooms. The rooms facing the streets are a bit noisy, but wasn't a real problem. The rooms are well decorated, however the furniture is pretty old (the sofa in the room was stinking, so the manager sprayed it with some air freshener; didn't really help, but at least he noticed the smell first, before we had to point it out). The staff was very helpful and friendly, so thank you for that. Altogether, not a spec

  The staff was very helpful, very professional, and knowledgeable. I amvery happy that I selected that hotel for my stay. I do not speak Frenchor Arabic and neither does my husband but the desk clerk and bellboyswere very attentive. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and deliciouseven for my American taste. Really if ever do I find an imperative to make a comment or post anything on an Internet site. But on this occasion I truly need to extol the virtues of staying at the park suite hotel and my experience. The cooperation of the staff and management at this hotel is truly second to - Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log. The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards. I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.

We had booked room with pick-up but the driver simply left when the plane was delayed. After 30 minutes discussion with hotel and driver on the phone we decided to take a taxi.
