Very friendly welcoming staff professional and extremely helpful Prestine clean rooms with full amenities/toiletries Lovely breakfast included in price Staff took time to ensure you have everything you need for your stay Nothing was too much trouble I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel My husband & I would definately stay again when we return to Moldova. We could not fault anything. Your receptionist arranged a taxi for us; your male staff member (after taking our cases up and down stairs) took our cases to the taxi.
