All the people working here was very helpful and friendly. There was always a person at the reception. We had breakfast at the restaurant (not included in the price) and it was very great and not expensive. We were four ladies traveling and they watched after us. Perfect location!! -

The staff was great. WE requested a room with a mini fridge, although not available the first night they put us in a room with mini fridge the second day for the duration of our stay. (We stayed one week). The hotel is in an excellent location...minute from the beach and 5th Ave. -

Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, the accommodations are perfect, the price is perfect. I never write reviews, but this hotel is absolutely incredible. It is close to the beach and right next to the ADO bus stop from the airport in Cancun. It is right on the entertainment district but there is no noise. I can't emphasize how much I loved this hotel.

Excellent staff. Despite being so close to night clubs such as Cocobongo and Palazzo the noise is not a problem when you are in the rooms at the back of the hotel. Me and my wife had no problems with that. It's right next to the 5th avenue, the most famous street for shopping and hanging out.
