The room was large, really clean, and the kitchen had lots of equipment (including a coffee machine and blender!) The air-conditioned room was a great place to relax, and such good value for money! It was only a 5 min walk to 5th avenue and the beach - and in a peaceful area so you escape the noise from bars and clubs. Our host was so friendly and patient with my terrible Spanish. She very kindly let us have a late check-out which helped us out incredibly! I would definitely recommend this hote.

It is close to the beach and right next to the ADO bus stop from the airport in Cancun. It is right on the entertainment district but there is no noise. I can't emphasize how much I loved this hotel. Located close to all the action but very quiet. The room was of good size, well equiped kitchen and impeccably cleaned daily. The staff were attentive, friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel exceeded our expectations regarding the overall presentation and quality of the facilities. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family. The location was close to 5th ave, just 2 short blocks away.The bed was very comfortable and it was mostly quiet in the hotel. The room had a refrigerator a two burner stove, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Great staff, just a nice stay. Great experience. I had good quality and fully equipped studio for a very reasonable price. Just a short walk to the beach and 5 ave, steps to 12 calle where most of clubs are located, few minutes from 2 big supermarkets. The place is very close to the beach and all the action, but far enough so you don't hear all the noise. Patrizio, the manager is very helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much. I have been to a lot of places in the world and this was by far one of the best. I would suggest anyone stay here and I would stay there again!. The hotel is in an excellent loaction, away from the noise of the night clubs and close to the beach. Plus it has a great kitchen. fantastic value for money and staff were more than accommodating going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The owner, Patricio is really nice. He was very helpful to us even after we were robbed in the beach. Host was extremely polite, apartment was clean, and the bed was excellent. good location, complete functional kitchen, nice little swimming pool. Kitchen well equipped. Staff super friendly and helpful. Close to the beach & 5th Avenue. Location. No complaints. No negatives. Would stay again. They could use a bigger sign out front so it would be easier to find but that was the only thing. Nothing. No complaints. nothing really.. Pool.
