  The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!

  It was good for a transit stop. Early morning, 5am, shuttle cost $20 - The staff were very nice, breakfast was really good - alittle pricey for Mexico, but wonderful selection. Inside of the hotel was clean.

  All was great, will stay there again, but after travelling throughout Mexico, cost of the room was steep. Compared to Cancun hotel zone it was lower priced, so no problems, Service was great and food was good.

  The rooms were large and well equipped. There was plenty of space/seats around the pool and beach. The day spa gave us a good deal on massages. The staff in the restaurants were friendly. The staff very kindly organized for a doctor to see my husband when he became sick. We didn't attend activities but there always seemed to be a show or imilar happening. - I loved the staff! I wanted to stay one night only but that receptionist made stay more because she was nice ,friendly and professional.the place is clean and you have nice view and nice food and leisure. Строился этот 4-эта - We stayed for 5 nights, the best beach, have been to Cancun several times and if any remember the old Sherton, that is what part of the beach it is. We upgraded our room to oceanfront and we had a whole suite would sleep 4 or 5 people. Only the main building has an elevator. The staff very friendly and helpful. They charge for wifi and say you can get in the lobby bar, we never could. If you walk down the botton of the hill a little resturant called Tacun very good food cheap and free wifi.

The staff = very, very friendly, efficient and wellcoming which is just what anyone might need. Allways buy room for 4 (the room for 2 is much smaller and the balcon is not good - the price is, at least was when i bought- quite the same). - The room was really nice, huge bathroom, beautiful view, fantastic overall.
