  The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!

  It was good for a transit stop. Early morning, 5am, shuttle cost $20 - The staff were very nice, breakfast was really good - alittle pricey for Mexico, but wonderful selection. Inside of the hotel was clean.

  Very nice hotel for a good price. The price on letsbookhotel.com was half of the normal rate. We did not book in advance and had to book with our tablet in the lobby to get the good price (half of the normal rate). Rooms are spacious, clean, quite. The included breakfast is ok, but noting special. Locations is close to a big shoppingmall and bus... what people say » stop. We didn't know, there is a second ADO busstop at the IBIS-hotel which is close, unfortunately we didn't know and got out at the mainstation and - The staff was extra good! I love the pool also the food was good.

  All was great, will stay there again, but after travelling throughout Mexico, cost of the room was steep. Compared to Cancun hotel zone it was lower priced, so no problems, Service was great and food was good.

I loved my room situated on 9th floor in the quietest part of the hotel, the list is endless - The hotel is very conveniently located right on the beach. It was a few steps walking distance from our room. The place was impeccably maintained. Though a buffet breakfast should have been included.

  I read all the reviews before going and I was concerned but most negative reviews were unfounded. The check in process was quick, the staff were all very friendly and eager to please, the food was good for an all-inclusive type place (I've been to a few) and the onsite main lobby entertainment was a plus. Our ocean view room (well worth it)was sma... what people say » ll but clean and the air conditioner kept us just fine. There was no flooding of rooms and no wild crowds. The longest wait we had for any meal was 15 - this is the best hotel I had ever stayed.We are very satisfied with the food and the beach. we enjoy the time in this hotel. acctually, i have already reommended it to my colleagues. they will follow my suggestion to live in this hotel in JUL and SEP. I myself will vist this hotel either in my next trip to Cancun. I must.
