  All was great, will stay there again, but after travelling throughout Mexico, cost of the room was steep. Compared to Cancun hotel zone it was lower priced, so no problems, Service was great and food was good.

  We loved staying at the Bel Air Collection and Spa Cancun. The staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you. It really is a dream paradise. - Very nice atmosphere. Very luxurious and cheek.

  Like the renovations to the rooms, look very nice, beds very comfortable. Happy that one member of the front desk spoke very good English, thank you!!! Loved the peacocks & parrots in the garden. The closeness to the bus depot is wonderful, very convenient. - It is conveniently located across from the ADO Bus Depot in Cancun. Брали машину напрокат. Через дорогу и пройти метров 300 до торгового центра, проката машин. Называется "Plaza Flamingo". Строился этот 4-эта - We stayed for 5 nights, the best beach, have been to Cancun several times and if any remember the old Sherton, that is what part of the beach it is. We upgraded our room to oceanfront and we had a whole suite would sleep 4 or 5 people. Only the main building has an elevator. The staff very friendly and helpful. They charge for wifi and say you can get in the lobby bar, we never could. If you walk down the botton of the hill a little resturant called Tacun very good food cheap and free wifi.

  I liked everything about the hotel, the building is great, the room is excellent and the view just breathtaking. The staff = very, very friendly, efficient and wellcoming which is just what anyone might need. The chef deserve - Almost everything, the hotel was very nice, the beachfront rooms and seafront rooms definetely worth the extra - the ocean view is breathtaking. The halls are very nice colonial style. Room is quite nice too, but nothing special - as in every good hotel.   Great room - 98m² - perfect view and nice "on the hotel" market for budget food. Allways buy room for 4 (the room for 2 is much smaller and the balcon is not good - the price is, at least was when i bought- quite the same). - The room was really nice, huge bathroom, beautiful view, fantastic overall.
