As it was 1.30am when I finally arrived at the hotel, it was a great relief to be treated with such kindness and consideration as I was cold and tired. I had a slight bout of the flu and was not feeling very well. I was in transit from Taipei to Australia so the good relaxing rest in such pleasant surroundings was very welcome between flights. The friendly and helpful staff, the pool and its surrounds, and the BATH in the room.
all reviews » Close vicinity to airport. It was very good value for money. Being able to sit outside in the restaurant was also an enjoyable experience and a very pleasant environment. The number of Englsih speaking channels on the TV was good news for an insomniac! The bus to the airport was very convenient.The hotel was very conveniently situated, the staff were - like all Malaysians - incredibly polite and helpful, the room was comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the shuttle service very good. We will stay there again if ever we need an overnight stop in KL. Close to KLIA and LCCT, both served by shuttle service. Good size room, very clean, facilities basic but just what are needed for overnight stay.Clean, room service food good, close to both airports, transportation good, my stay was very short, well worth it. Also the hotel says it has a shuttle bus to theairport,this only goes to the main terminal not to the low costterminal, which requires a taxi or bus.Internet did not work. Ants in the bathroom. I arrived at the domestic terminal and although had no problem reaching the hotel (airport transfer bus to KLIA and shuttle to hotel) I would have liked this info in advance.Not for long stay. The hotel wasn't really near much and the pool closing early was no fun.Our shower broke. the long walks to the terminals. In future please provide shuttle service to LCCT. If any. No doctors. The locks on my room door were not very safe. it's a bit noisy because every room is on the ground floor. mine was adjecent to the car park where car alarms went of all night. also the hotel was farther away from the airport then i thought.Expensive food. resturant food quality evening poor.
